I've rented an Active Renter home two years ago. My current rental is managed by another company. It took my recent experience, to appreciate the efforts of Rich and his team. My current PM wants me to pay a $350 lease renewal fee, which is ridiculous in my opinion. I also had the best service from Active Renter, especially concerning maintenance issues.

Ahwatukee is a triangular-shaped urban village in the City of Phoenix. Surrounded to the northwest by South Mountain Park, and blocked to the east by I-10 and to the south by the Gila River Indian Community, Ahwatukee Foothills is geographically isolated from Phoenix.

Due to its relatively few access points (mainly through a few bridges across Interstate 10), the community has been called the world's largest cul-de-sac. It is also nicknamed the area “on the other side of the hill.”
