What Our Clients Say
We have worked with Active Renter for a few years now, and there is a reason we are still working with them! They are not only professional, but they are respectful of your time, they get the job done right and they are always there to answer a question or a call. You don't find many businesses these days who really put customer service at the forefront like Active Renter does. They really do have the best in mind when it comes to their clients. Thank you!
I've rented an Active Renter home two years ago. My current rental is managed by another company. It took my recent experience, to appreciate the efforts of Rich and his team. My current PM wants me to pay a $350 lease renewal fee, which is ridiculous in my opinion. I also had the best service from Active Renter, especially concerning maintenance issues.

Fountain Hills is often described as an upscale desert mountain community with hometown character that offers a relaxed yet social lifestyle.
The famous towering Fountain - after which the town is named - is at the town center, situated in tranquil 30-acre Fountain Lake.
The Fountain operates for 15 minutes at the top of each hour from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. It spews a majestic plume of water into the air, up 560 feet high.
The town hosts many cultural events throughout the year, including the Great Fair, the Festival of Arts and Crafts, and St. Patrick's Day at the Fountain (when the water is dyed green!)
Fountain Hills is located about 20 miles northeast of downtown Phoenix and situated just on the other side of the McDowell Mountains from Scottsdale. The town is nestled in the eastern foothills of the McDowell Mountains at elevations 500 to 1500 feet higher than Phoenix.
The town was the eighth fastest-growing place among cities and towns in Arizona between the 1990 and 2000 censuses.
