What Our Clients Say
We have worked with Active Renter for a few years now, and there is a reason we are still working with them! They are not only professional, but they are respectful of your time, they get the job done right and they are always there to answer a question or a call. You don't find many businesses these days who really put customer service at the forefront like Active Renter does. They really do have the best in mind when it comes to their clients. Thank you!
I've rented an Active Renter home two years ago. My current rental is managed by another company. It took my recent experience, to appreciate the efforts of Rich and his team. My current PM wants me to pay a $350 lease renewal fee, which is ridiculous in my opinion. I also had the best service from Active Renter, especially concerning maintenance issues.
We are Proud to serve local Tolleson neighborhoods
Tolleson is a self-contained community, 10 miles west of downtown Phoenix. W.G. Tolleson of South Carolina founded the town in 1912. Tolleson was incorporated in 1929. Once dependent on agriculture, Tolleson today has a strong commercial and industrial base.
The city has become a strong distribution hub for companies wishing to deliver products to southwestern markets. This is primarily due to its location just south of the I-10 and the interchange with the 101.
Tolleson hosts several large employers, including Sunland Beef, Kroger’s, Albertson’s, Salt River Project, and Sysco Food Systems. In addition to distribution and food, fiber and natural products, the community has a strong manufacturing structure.
Popular neighborhoods in Tolleson include Tolleson Meadows and Tolleson Farms.
Tolleson has three city parks, a community center, five lighted ball parks, and numerous lighted basketball, tennis and racquetball courts.
The nearby 19,000-acre Estrella Mountain Regional Park and 26,000-acre White Tank Regional Park offer numerous opportunities for outdoor recreation.
